Description: The RBC Bank rebuilt a new building and this space then became available for rent. Being on the corner of a busy intersection, our clients, Expert Hearing wanted to renovate the space and contracted us to give this very dated building a new fresh look.
Description: This Burger King location has been in town form many years and definitely needed a new fresh look. This is the only Burger King location in Thunder Bay and is a VERY busy location so we needed to do this upgrade quickly and on time to keep the owners and the customers happy. In no time at all, this restaurant was beautifully renovated and up and running again and even busier than before with the new drive thru that the previous building did not have. The new modern look is a great visual effect to the very busy street and surrounding area. Come on in and enjoy a delicious flame broiled burger at Burger King and enjoy the new fresh look of the building and restaurant area.

We are also the General for the retrofits and are contracted to do most of the overnight upgrades to the existing, older Tim Horton’s in Thunder Bay and as far as Manitoba. We have displayed here several coffee shops we have constructed and the locations. The next time you are in the drive thru ordering maybe you will be at one of the many Tim Horton’s we constructed...including Fort Frances... Most recently were employed in Dryden, Winnipeg and Portage to do overnight Retrofits to upgrade existing Tim Horton’s which we do in an 8-10 hour shut down, which eliminates any interference with normal production.

Description: The owners of KIA Motors decided to purchase the location across from their present dealership and expand their company. This location was previously a Midas shop and the renovations to create the new KIA look were extensive. Our company worked hard to ensure the new owners were pleased with all of the renovations to the existing space and that all of their needs were met. The KIA dealership has been up and running for several years now and the owners are very satisfied with their new locations and showroom.
Description: This property 2526 sq. ft. (235 sq. m.) was originally a Mohawk gas bar with convenience store/restaurant. The owner decided to open a Robin’s Donuts and Cinfully TJ’s Ice Cream Shoppe at this location. The gas bar was removed and the interior was totally renovated to accommodate the owner’s dreams. The exterior siding (which was originally a light blue) was updated to earth tone colours and the busy intersection has become a beautiful site as you come into town on Arthur Street. The surrounding businesses enjoy walking over for lunch or ice cream on hot summer days, and the staff is warm and welcoming. Don’t forget to stop in for an ice cream or special order a custom ice cream cake for your next event or birthday.
