Description: Confederation College Daycare was looking to create a shaded play area for the children to still enjoy the outdoors but protect the kids from the harmful UV light. PerHol designed this custom shade sail design for our clients. The posts are natural cedar containing no harmful chemicals to affect the children or the soil. These sails are detachable so that in the fall they are removed and stored (as to not be damaged by the heavy snow loads) and then installed again in the spring for shade in the summer sun.

(164 sq. m.) addition includes more office space, an upgrade to three phase power and new energy efficient lighting. The expansion of this space has created a new fresh look and more office space for future expansion for our successful and growing company.
Description: With their ever growing business, Digital Engineering contacted our office to redesign their existing space and create a 297.68 sq. m. (3200 sq. ft.) two storey addition on the rear of the building to accommodate their staff. This new fresh look and extra room to accommodate everyone is just what this business needed.
Description: The owners of Taranis approached us to complete a 1200 sq. ft., 2 storey wood frame addition their expanding company. Again, it was time for Taranis to expand and PerHol is sure that their vision of a larger office space meets all of their needs.
Description: PerHol was contracted by Deerefield Homes to construct this 30 unit 28,360 sq. ft. (2634 sq. m.) condo complete with underground parking. This project located near Confederation College. This project was Phase II of the similar condominium located to the North of the property. A high demand for these units was evident when most units were sold prior to the start of construction. Purchasers who bought early, were given the opportunity to upgrade their units, making them unique to their personal taste, prior to taking possession of the units. Shortly after completion, the last three units were sold and all the tenants seem to be enjoying the location and their new homes.
Description: Originally on the site was an older home which had been converted earlier to an office space. The owner was looking to build a larger office area with a commercial lease area in the back on the main floor and two floors for rental units. The commercial lease area is approximately 3000 sq. ft. The rental units above are 2 bedrooms between 1000-1200 sq. ft. and the 1 bedroom units are 850- 1000 sq. ft. The building is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping with balconies on every suite. The luxury you want near everything you need.
Description: The owners of this project were looking to update their 2000 sq. ft. (185.80 sq. m.) club house. The older clubhouse was removed and the new design became reality. The new look and earth tone colours of the interior creates a relaxing place for the patrons to retreat to for a cold drink and a bite to eat after a wonderful day on the golf course. A memorable feature for customers is the 23’-0" high cathedral ceilings.
Description: These cabins were built for The Friends of Chippewa Park and The City of Thunder Bay in the beautification process of Chippewa Park. We were contracted to construct seven 400 sq. ft. log cabins which include beautiful decks and ramps for barrier free access. These cabins are for rent during the summer months and are a wonderful place to stay and camp close to town.
Description: The Administration building was in need of a rebuild in efforts to restore and beautify Chippewa Park. This 3100 sq. ft. log building with beautiful decking also contains 2 bedroom residences within it. This building is a beautiful focal point for the surrounding cabins and RV camping spots in the area. Chippewa Park is a wonderful place to stay and camp with your family close to town with trails for hiking and a beach for the children.
